Clemson University Wordmark

Mark Leising and Dieter Hartmann at an "American Party" near Garching during Leising's sabbatical there in 1998. Both joined the Clemson University faculty in 1990 following Clayton's move from Rice to Clemson. Leising had been Clayton's Ph.D student at Rice University. During this sabbatical Leising turned attention from his OSSE-Team work to rethinking of the data handling for the COMPTEL instrument, with which team he worked closely in Garching during this sabbatical leave from Clemson.
